3 Brief recall of the PPE Work Programme The
thematic of the PPE WP is in the field of
Engineering Design and Construction, this
training program is associated to the procurement
of the ITER Port Plug including design,
structural analysis, neutronics, material
requirement, nuclear requirement, safety,
manufacturing aspect, assembly aspect,
maintainability. The official starting date of
the ITER GOT PPE is 1st september 2008
established for 4 years the first year being
devoted to the recruitment of the trainees. Six
work packages of three years duration are
identified 2 CEA, 1 FZJ, 2 KIT, and 1 HAS The
starting date of each work package being the
official date of each euro-trainee recruitment.

6- Deliverable
- Deliverables description for 2009
- All Contract have already started and all the
trainees have been recruited during the first
year, the ITER GOT PPE training program will run
from the 01 September of 2008 to the 07 july of
2012 - First deliverable (3 month) Personal Career
Development Plan (EFDA form to be filled).
Completed for each wp - At the end of 2009, progress report are required
(progress made, activity status, skill obtained,
corrective action if any, ) See EFDA
recommendations - EFDA recommendations
- For this meeting one shall discuss the
deliverables on the Task Agreement and produce
the minutes (this is responsibility of the
leading Association). - For later a detailed report is due (by January or
beginning of February 2010) which is a gathering
of the individual reports from the associations
and a summary report from the leading association
mentioning the activities performed and the
relation between the due deliverables and
expenditures at date. - A template will be sent later as EFDA is
preparing one possible format at the moment. - TASK AGREEMENT WP08-GOT-ITER_PPE
