Kids In The Kitchen is a free after school
program that engages children in physical
activity, healthy eating and food preparation.
Each 2 hour after school session will include
physical activity, healthy snacks, fun games,
tasty food, and hands on activity. The sessions
will be led and supervised by Valerie Carmichael,
Community School Coordinator with 2 adult
volunteers and 4 middle school youth leaders.

of cooking equipment and tools in a kitchen
