UNLICENSED ACTIVITY
What Constitutes Unlicensed Activity ?

• The performing of work
• Beyond the scope of a license Specialty
• Work without a structural pest control license

The Structural Pest Control Board depends on
county agricultural field staff to report
unlicensed activity. All reported unlicensed
activity is acted upon by the Board.

Applicator licensees are NOT CERTIFIED to handle
restricted materials

PRINCIPLE OFFICE REGISTRATION

• Principle Office PrefixPR
• The primary location of the structural pest
  control business
• Must have a Qualifying Manager (QM)
• An individual(s) licensed within the scope of the
  registered companys operations
• Qualifying manager(s) must qualify the operations
  of all registered branch offices

  operations
• are conducted away from the registered principle
  office.
• May have a designated individual who must be
  licensed
• as an operator (OPR) or field representative (FR)
