Counselor and Teacher letters of
recommendation

• Ask for letter at least 3 weeks in advance
• Provide teacher with résumé or student profile
• Provide teacher with any supplemental forms
• Provide teacher with application deadline
• Thank-you letters to teachers are appreciated

Transcript request

• Transcript requests and forms must be submitted
  to Guidance Counselor three (3) weeks prior to
  application deadline
• Transcript request form available in Guidance
  offices or online
• Must have 1 per school
• 3 processing fee per transcript
• Present any additional forms from college at time
  of request

  some colleges.
