• SUGGESTION for Policy Decision
• 1 The minimum qualification for a
  Gram-Sanjojak should be H.S.C. pass. If not
  available in a particular village the GS should
  be chosen form the nearest village.
• 2- Performance of GS to be reviewed in every 15
  days and best GS to be facilitated.
• 3- The sketch of the above item no (6) may be
  included in the GS hand book.
• 4 Piece rate for turfing slussy soil may be
  fixed.
• 5 The amount may be specified out of piece
  rate of earth work for dressing and leveling.
• 6 Conversion factor inch to feet to be
  included in the Hand Book of GS.
• 7 More Training at GP level to be provided.

• Training for GS at GP/PS level
• 1 Weekly measurement in stead of daily
  measurement to be recorded by the GS.
• 2 For Roads and Embankments Profile to be
  given to the workers with drawing.
• 3 Preliminary measurement may be entered in
  the GP computer Excel sheet with the help of GRS
  for final entry in the MB.
• 4- The sketch of the particular work may be
  collected before commencement
