Paper Towers

• You will work with your lab partner to build a
  tower as tall as possible.
• One sheet of computer paper
• Approx. 50cm of tape
• Scissors, ruler, pencil
• Be sure to discuss your ideas with your partner
  and record them. Draw a sketch of your plan
  BEFORE you begin

• Plan out your tower.
• Begin building your tower.
• Make changes to your diagram if you decide to
  change your tower after you begin building.
• You tower MUST be free standing for at least one
  minute and MUST be at least 30cm tall.

• After you are done with your tower
• Journal Entry 1
• Explain what you learned while you were building
  your tower. How could you improve your tower if
  you had time to repeat the activity?
