- One of the major perceptions to overcome is that
of the refilled cartridge quality which has
been the result of small re-fillers producing
low cost but low quality offerings. End user
customers and therefore dealers have been
naturally reluctant to get into a solution with a
historical poor quality background. - The truth is that the compatible and
remanufactured market is now established ,
developed technically and produces the highest
quality products often with quality rates higher
in the field than the original cartridges due to
individual product and print testing of each
cartridge before shipment.Remanufactured is
completely different from refilled. The
extensive remanufacturing process involves heavy
investment in testing and preparation equipment
including electrical integrity soak and
insulation testing, chip integrity and function.
De Ionizers to produce inert cleansing agents,
Centrifuges to evacuate the ink remnants from the
original cartridge and vacuum chambers to test
the integrity of the filled cartridge for
survival in atmospheric changes, finally the
cartridges are tested in variety of synergistic
printing environments for visual inspection
which in there own production facility,
includes the printing of the USPS Intelligent bar
code for resolution and scanning quality prior to
shipment. - Extensive documentation and process assure that
only original cartridges are used ( never
refilled or remanufactured previously) all
quality steps are followed and each cartridge is
uniquely identified by manufacturing date,
process and batch to ensure total quality
control, for these reasons we have total

refilled simply purchase an ink refilling
mechanism and do not provide anywhere near the
same quality as a high class heavily invested
