Scope of FT-TG
  • (1)To review the PACT report on Final report of
    the Human interfaces in Multimedia network Era
    (2001-11-12, 100AGS63, report to Firenze AGS )
    project about what was the proposal and what had
    been done, what are the left over issues, changes
    in environment since proposed
  • (2)To review the Response to the PACT Report
    (2003-11-04, 100AGS111, 112, report to London
    AGS) about what was the proposal and what had
    been done, what are the left over issues, changes
    in environment since proposed
  • (3)To ask contributions on the proposal on the
    possible future topics and/or strategy in the
    field of TC100 related area
  • (4) To discuss and formulate the possible
    proposal to TC100
  • (5) To report and discuss AGS on the possible
    strategy for the future work (at 2010-10 TC100
    AGS)

  • PACT TG recommends that TC100 should take close
    liaisonship with the following groups to carry
    out the new TA activities

  • Recommendation 3 AGS and National Body
    activities
  • In order to realize and support the establishment
    of the new TA, PACT TG recommends that AGS should
    encourage the discussion of new technology, in
    particular, on Network Human Interface (NHI).
  • National bodies are requested to propose NPs for
    the issues (1) through
  • (7) in Recommendation 1. PACT TG is requested to
    propose the actual plan and structure of the new
    TA including the projects.
