9Customer Benefits
- Whats Certification?
- Unlike resumés, certification offers concrete
evidence that you possess technical abilities or
in-demand proficiencies. A certification exam is
based on standards developed by a governing or
professional body to demonstrate a given set of
knowledge and skills. - Why Is Certification Important to Employers?
- Computing technology has become more and more
essential to functioning in the workplace
(Information Worker jobs now constitute 7 out 10
new jobs created in the U.S.). Certifying Office
skills that employers require ensures them you
can effectively use digital tools essential for
success.
