SCOPE OF SERVICES The transport contractor has to
cover the full range of freight forwarding and
transport services in order to fulfill
Transportation of all project cargoes from any
point of origin to any point of destination,
Circulation of all necessary information and
documentation, Setting up all technical and /
or human mean allowing the reduction of working
costs, the improvement of communication networks,
the control of performance responsibility and
professional liabilities. Such services will
concern but are not limited to Setting up a
working procedure, recommending and checking
packing according to the selected mean of
transport, Issuing / control marking
instructions applying to all suppliers to reduce
mistakes risks, Control invoices and packing
lists issued by suppliers as per client's

arrangements in the port of entry to safely carry
out discharging operations and delivery up to job

coordination with local stevedoring companies and
