ACCRETE JUSTICEFor I say unto you, That except
your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness
of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case
enter into the kingdom of heaven.Matthew 5.20
(arc)
The righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees
was exclusively abroad. They watched a lot of
rules, prayed, sang, fasted, read the scriptures
and attending church services in the synagogues.
However, replacing the inner attitudes correct by
external appearances. Here Jesus declares that
the righteousness that God requires the believer
goes beyond that. The heart and spirit, and not
only external acts must conform to the will of
God, in faith and love.(bsp)

ACCRETE PEACE Let him eschew evil, and do good
let him seek peace, and ensue it. 1 Peter 3. 11
(arc)
Often we see peace as merely the absence of
conflict, and think of peace as a passive role.
But an effective peacemaker actively seeks peace
by building good relations. The Peacemaker
anticipate problems and deal with them before
they happen. As conflicts arise, should be openly
discussed and resolved before they become
unmanageable. Appease may be a more difficult
than waging war, but results in life and
happiness.(bsap)

ACCRETE JOYA merry heart maketh a cheerful
countenance but by sorrow of the heart the
spirit is broken. Proverbs 15.13 (arc)
When a man has a happy heart, that happiness
shining in his face. The inner joy and like a
fire that does not can be contained. There's a
sympathy between mind and body, so a happy mind
is reflected in the expression of the countenance
(Fausset, in loc.). This verse has been
christened to refer to the happy man whose sins
have been forgiven through the mass as of Christ,
and that, therefore, has the joy of the Lord in
your heart.(iot)

ACCRETE FAITH And shall not God avenge his own
elect, which cry day and night unto him, though
he bear long with them? I tell you that he will
avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son
of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Luke 18.7,8 (arc)
This question of Jesus, probably indicates that
as the approaching return of Christ, evil will
become increasingly worse, so that many of the
church to depart from the faith in Christ (Matt.
24.11-13,24 1 Tim . 4.1). As you approach, the
concern of every Christian should be I am
persevering in faith, steadfast in prayer,
seeking God for justice to prevail and triumph in
their holy cause everything, forever? Or am I so
concerned with things of this life, not yearning
for the return of Christ and his eternal
kingdom? (bsf)

ACCRETE OBEDIENCE And all these blessings shall
come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt
hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
Deuteronomy 28.2 (niv) (see verses 3 a 14)
Promises and prophecies abound in the Bible. God
gives many assurances of his readiness to bless,
and usually speaks of things he plans to do in
the future. In both cases, there are always
conditions God's call to align his will so that
his word of promise to bless the obedient. Cap.
28 is a classic study of the prophecies and
promises of God. Compare vs. And 1-2 vs. 58-59 to
see the blessings that are a potential promise to
the obedient, and judgments, which are a
certainty announced the disobedient. (bsf)
8
ACCRETE HUMILITYWhosoever therefore shall humble
himself as this little child, the same is
greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  Mateus 18.4
(arc)
Here humility is emphasized because the very
feature that allows man to enter the kingdom is
also the main element of greatness in that
realm. The men, considering the requirements for
success in this world, find sufficient reason to
reject the theory that humility is what leads to
true greatness. The ethics of this world simply
illustrate that it is ever the humility that
leads to greatness. However, Jesus spoke about
the requirements of another world, where its king
is not impressed by human pride or what, in this
world, is reputed greatness.(int)

ACCRETE FIDELITY And the Lord said, Who then is
that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord
shall make ruler over his household, to give them
their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is
that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall
find so doing. Luke 12.42,43 (aru)
Jesus promises a reward for those who are
faithful to him. Although at times we may
experience immediate rewards for our obedience to
God, this is not the rule. If so, we would be
tempted to boast of our accomplishments and will
only do good for the rewards. Jesus said that if
we seek the rewards now, not later we (Mark
836). Our heavenly prize will be according to
what we do on earth, but will be much greater
than we can imagine. (bsap)
10
ACCRETE GRATITUDEAs ye have therefore received
Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him Rooted
and built up in him, and stablished in the faith,
as ye have been taught, abounding therein with
thanksgiving.  Colossians 2. 6 e 7 (niv)
It is recommended plenty of thanks to God. Those
believers should recognize what Christ did, that
the fruit had already been achieved between them,
that they are grateful. The grateful heart has
less tendency to deviate, and the faithful happy
and thankful to Christ are drawn not by strange
doctrines. Gratitude is highlighted as the very
"atmosphere" in which believers should live and
grow spiritually. (nti)
