16Certification Cycle -
Based on a 2 year program cycle
- If on a 4 year program, the Plus course must be
taken within the first 2 years of the cycle, plus
the 90 day grace period - Once the Plus program is taken, a regular
WellCAP course must be alternated in the cycle

- Class size, 6 to 12 participants
- Minimum of 6, a MUST to start the class
- Teams a minimum of 3 participants, 4 max
- Oral evaluation (participation in results
delivery to class) - Drop-outs, no certification (must take full
WellCAP? course no creep into testing out)

- Focused exercises
- May include simulation or live well use
- Each team to present results to class
- Exercise to culminate with guideline

- Written test
- Suggest no review will telegraph exam questions
- Test to be approved by IADC Panel (Question
distribution to be determined) - Practical demonstration
- Develop teams for exercise/problem analysis
- Lay out team expectations
- Organize teams for consensus building
20Days 2 - 4
- Minimum 3 exercises (can be more need
dependent) - Mix of how exercises flow dependent on course
structure - Each exercise to contain
- Facilitator delivery of necessary background
information - Teams evaluating and recommending solutions
- Teams delivery of class solutions and logic
- Class developed guideline (summary)
- Practical practice as appropriate

23Qualification Testing
- Trainers will submit tests to IADC RP for
approval - Minimum Passing Grade 80
- Can take in advance thru same Training Facility
- Allow 1 retake sit out 1yr if fail both
- Simulator testing only given on Day 1 of Class
- IADC will be notified of failures maintain DB
- IADC approved Study Guide will be made available
