• About Trane Our main goals is to bring the
  customer a quality unit while maintaining a
  world-class safety environment.
• Description As an IE at Trane I am responsible
  for implementing product redesigns on the line,
  monitoring and improving the ergonomic score for
  each job, leading various facilities projects,
  and generating and implementing production
  improvements on the line.

  successfully is a HUGE plus. Technical training
  is also a big boost here. SixSigma, LEAN, project
  management, etc. The more you know the more
  valuable you are.

Advice

• Get an internship!!!! The internship I was
  involved in was one of the most valuable
  experiences I have had in my professional life.
• Research the company you want to work for see
  what they are doing now and see if you can get
  some training in that area. Like I said earlier,
  the more you know, the more valuable you are.
