  • Change/Log
  • Process/Track
  • Remote Pipeline
  • EasySlew for Met/Cal

39
Barcode Magician
  • Barcode Magician automates changes to the MET/CAL
    database.
  • Asset location management for assets in the
MET/CAL database can be automated with Barcode
    Magician.
  • Barcode Magician makes a great cal lab attendant
    for instrument status updates (checkin/checkout)
    in the lab.

40
Barcode Magician product operation
  • Scan or type in the users identification.
  • Scan or type in the name of the Action Code
    (Macro).
  • Scan or type in the instruments to process.
  • Process the transaction
  • Thats it!

41
Metrology Xplorer
  • Allows unrestricted client view-only access to a
MET/CAL database over an Intranet or the Internet
    using a web browser.
  • Adds web browser capability to your MET/CAL
    database.
  • No on-site installation.
  • Web Pages are automatically generated from the
    existing MET/CAL customization.

42
Metrology Xplorer overview
  • Can run SQL Reports or Crystal Reports.
  • Operates very well over Wide Area Networks
(WANs), where bandwidth may be an issue.

43
Change/Log - overview
  • Change/Log is a database Plug-In that
automatically tracks any changes or deletions
    made to the database.
  • It does not matter what application is used to
modify the database, ALL changes are tracked.

44
Process/Track overview
  • Process/Track connects the Fluke series of
docking calibrators to the MET/CAL database.
  • Process/Track creates test procedures for the
    docking calibrators, downloads the procedure(s)
    with instructions.

45
Process/Track operation
  • After the calibrations are completed, the
operator connects the calibrator to Process/Track
and the data is uploaded and stored in MET/CAL
    format.
  • Process/Track automatically creates the
calibration records and stores the data in the
same format as the data is stored when using
    MET/CAL.

46
Remote Pipeline
47
Remote Pipeline overview
  • Remote Pipeline is a database replication program
that allows an operator to take a laptop computer
with a standalone MET/CAL system into the field.

48
Remote Pipeline operation
  • To synchronize the Remote Database to the Master
Database, the user clicks on the AutoSync Button.

(Why should it be more difficult than that?)
49
EasySlew for Met/Cal
  • Makes it possible to run a DHI pressure
    calibrator under Met/Cal.
  • Makes it possible to use all the power in Met/Cal
and all the performance and intelligence from DHI
    calibrators.
  • Realy basic to make a procedure (like a HHDMM).
