A fruit packing system consisting of belt,
modular and zero line pressure conveyors to
deliver product and packaging to manual operator
stations with outputs to tray sealing and end of
line packing areas.
A self contained rotary indexing assembly and
test facility for automotive valves with in line
flow, leak and vacuum tests. Tested components
are automatically unloaded and segregated into
dedicated secure areas.
A tray filling system for meat products
incorporating multi head weigher, timing hopper
for maximum operating speed and tray positioning
and guidance tooling to achieve accurate weight
and pack presentation.
A fully installed direct feed system manufactured
in stainless steel for multi-pack snack products
utilising belt, plastic modular, powered roller,
bulk hopper, gravity and pneumatic conveyor
styles.
A hygienically constructed high speed assembly
system for pharmaceutical cream pump packs.
Integrated into an existing filling line,
separate mechanisms load a follower plate and
then the pump head before final closure.
A fully automated inspection and packing system
for mobile phone RF shields. Components are
removed from delivery trays, inspected and
re-packaged into new trays with infeed, unload
and control from a single point.
