3The need to focus
- Its important to focus on your goals whether
its certification or leadership
4How does that apply to this presentation?
- Know your goal and dont let go of it too soon
- Have a plan. Have a plan b. Maybe plan c. You
can finish the plan when you know the route isnt
always the obvious one - Know that you need rest breaks so you dont lose
your grip - Dont be afraid. Focus on how you are going to
climb the rock. - But also know that sometimes you do have to let
go so you dont get hurt
