• Double check in eJournal list
• Even if you know we have a journal
• Dont always get from Publisher
• Example Lancet through ScienceDirect not at
  Lancet.com
• If the list says we have access to something and
  you cant get it contact me - I will
  investigate.
• Double check the eJournals list if the link
  within a database doesnt work

Boolean Nesting

• When using 2 different commands
• (AND, OR, NOT) in 1 search statement, use
  parentheses to clarify your intent
• (Medicare OR medicaid ) AND pharmacies
• (Medicaid NOT Florida) AND pharmacies
• Do not do this (medicare AND aged) OR pharmacies
  
• You will get the world of articles on pharmacies
  not related to medicare and the aged.

• Keywords whatever words in whatever forms both
  you and the author happen to think of
• Subject headings standardized terms that
  mediate between whatever words any searcher
  thinks of and whatever words all authors think of
  and all the various possible grammatical forms
