• Want to get more physical activity and have some
  fun with your co-workers?
• Participate in the DHSS Worksite Wellness
  Activity Scavenger Hunt! Instructions are
  included on the next page.

Instructions Activity Scavenger Hunt Challenge

• Its easy to enter!
• Take pictures of you and your co-workers doing 5
  of the 11 activities listed below during August.
  
• Load the pictures into the template provided. Be
  sure to add in a caption so we know what activity
  you are completing in each picture.
• Send your completed template to
  worksitewellness_at_health.mo.gov no later than
  September 5, 2013 to be entered into a drawing
  for a 25 Subway gift card.
• A winner will be drawn from all submissions and
  announced after September 5th.

Scavenger Hunt Activities

• Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
• Participate in Walking Wednesday.
• Challenge your supervisor to a push-up contest.
• Throw a nerf football around outside with your
  co-workers.
• Take a physical activity break during a meeting.

• Take a brain break during the work day.
• Sit on an exercise ball in your workspace.
• Do bicep curls with office supplies.
• Do 3 sets of 15 squats with another co-worker or
  group.
• Create your own fun activity and take a picture.
• Bike to work.
