VISION- California Health Strategies
Collaborative will improve the health
Californians by

• Create annual forum (Summit) to assess current
  policies and develop new strategies to help
  improve the health of Californians
• Foster creation of transformative vision action
  plan with CBO, Healthcare, PH and financing
  partners
• Facilitate cross-sectoral understanding to
  produce productive partnerships
• Focus on critical area that cuts across sectors-
  nutrition/physical activity/obesity
