• BA/CSSP Research Grants
• The Center for Special Studies and Programs under
  the umbrella of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina aims
  to help researchers and scientists get the best
  support needed to advance their work through
  international collaboration.

• Starting February 2004, the Bibliotheca
  Alexandrina has been offering annual research
  grants for young Egyptian postdoctoral
  researchers

Research Grants 2004

• Application Criteria
• Egyptian scholars who have completed their PhD
  within the past five years from the announced
  year of the grant or who will complete their PhD
  before the end of December of the announcement
  year of the grant.
• Applicants must have a current position at a
  public/private academic or research institution
  in Egypt.
• Currently engaged or can arrange to work on a
  joint research project with foreign counterpart
  (s).
• Applicants must not have exceeded 35 years of age
  by January of the announcement year of the
  grant.
