• Todays task - in a groups of two - Interview and
  then Introduce your colleague to two other groups
  of two.
• A) Why they are taking course / What they hope to
  learn from the course.
• B) Past / Present leadership roles.
• C) Leader(s) they admire - Why?
• D) Something of interest
• Then one person from each group share (A) with
  the rest of us

• Purchase text.
• Read Preface (The Practices and Commitments of
  Exemplary Leadership) and Chapter 1 in the
  Leadership Challenge.
• Come prepared to discuss the method for
  assessment.
