CHAPTER 1

• In the morning Jamie woke up and jumped
• Because he heard the lighting and thunder.
• Jamie cried to his mum I am scared of the
• lighting and thunder so he slept beside his
• Mum with his teddy bear snuggling up with
• It. Jamies mum whispered shut the door
• And watch the T.V. when Jamie was
• Watching the T.V he heard a noise and it
• Sounded like a dog so he looked out of the
• Window. He saw a dog in the forest witch
• Was limping. While Jamies mum was asleep
• He crept outside heading towards the forest.
• That the dog was in.

Chapter 2

• Jamie was in the dark creepy forest looking to
• See where the dog is, after five minutes Jamie
• Found the dog and the dog was really hurt with
• Blood all over his leg and it could not get up.
• The dog was only a puppy so Jamie picked him
• Up and took him home. When Jamie got home
• With the dog he asked his mum if he could keep
• Him. Jamies mum promised that he could keep
• The dog. Then Jamie called the dog Stanley.
• Jamie loved him so much. After an hour they had
• Already got some food for Stanley.

• Stanley was eating his food with Jamie. Jamie
• Had a roast dinner and Stanley had meat, they
• Both enjoyed it. After they had there dinner
• Jamie heard a bang!! Stanley hid under the
• Kitchen table. Jamie warned Stanley that it was
• Just a bang from the cooker. It was sunny
• Outside so Jamie went out to a shop quickly to
• Get Stanley a lead. When Jamie got back he
• Put the lead on Stanley, took him for a walk
• To the park. There was a shop right next to the
• Park and there was a boy that came out of it.
• That boy was the owner of the dog that hurt
• Stanley. Then Stanley ran and cracked the boys
  head
• Open.

Chapter 3

• Jamie had to make a decision. The villages
• Wanted Stanley to go. Shouting, one of the men
• ,Stanley should go to a different country,. Not
• Only but also the villages wanted Stanley to go
• But Jamie did not no what to do. One of the men
• Yelled at Jamie you are going to get rid of that
• Useless dog if not I will kill it.
• Jamie took Stanley back to his house and asked
  why did you
• Crack That boys head open. Then Stanley ran up
  stairs
• And went into Jamies room sadly.
• Stanley curled up on the bed. Jamie wanted to
  keep
• Stanley but the villages wanted Stanley to go so
  Jamie could not
• Make up his mind. Should Stanley go or not?

Chapter 4

• Stanley wanted to stay in Jamies room
• Until the villages went away. Jamie
• Wanted the villages to change their
• Minds about Stanley. Then the villages
• Came to Jamies house and they asked
• Him if he could get rid of the dog right
• Now. Stanley herd every word of it then
• He started crying. Over the bed was
• Jamie. As soon as Jamie touched
• Stanley he knew he was dead. Stanley
• Died because he knew that he had to go,
• Stanley died because his heart broke.
