Race Recovery

    regret later or get chilled
  • Recover your mental control, physical alertness
  • Walking, jogging, stretching, massage, ice baths
    are good methods of physical race recovery
  • Mental relaxation, looking at the bigger
    picture are good methods of mental recovery
