Medication

• Forms will be available in the fall for
  prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
• The forms and medications are due to the
  counseling office at least one week prior to the
  trip.
• Each groups chaperone disperses the medicine as
  needed.

• 613 total cost based upon 4/room
• (but you will save 15 from this price
• if you register by 12/15/12)

• Full refund (not including 99 F.R.P., 99
  initial deposit, any handling and/or late fees)
  if canceling trip prior to departure
• Please read registration letter carefully for
  more information regarding F.R.P.
• Without F.R.P.
• Worldstrides retains 100 of tour price if you
  cancel less than 44 days prior to departure
• Be sure to check the F.R.P. box if you do NOT
  want it.

  gross income (AGI) under 85,000

Sign-up for My Trip

• My Trip is a site provided by Worldstrides for
  parents to get updates about the trip.
• After registering for the trip, you will receive
  an email asking you to register for MyTrip.
• Updates and requests will be sent through this
  site. It is very important that you are in this
  information loop!

Behavior Contracts

• What behaviors lead to a students removal from
  the trip prior to departing from Novi?
• Students will turn in a behavior contract at the
  beginning of February. Violation of this
  contract will cause the student to be removed
  from the trip.
• What happens if a student needs to be sent home
  during the trip?

are registering! remember your child will

Create-A-Video DVD

• Groups are given digital cameras to take pictures
  during the trip.
• Pictures are placed on DVD for each student as a
  souvenir.

Fall Organizational Meeting

• Mandatory parent meeting in October 2013 to
  finalize plans for the trip to Washington D.C.
• Items we will discuss include
• -what to pack
• -student expectations
• -medical forms
• -answer questions that you and/or your
  child may have
