BSF What is the BSF

• Established by Government of Southern Sudan
  (GoSS) and the Department for International
  Development of the United Kingdom (DFID), in
  2005, shortly after signing of CPA.
• Goal to support the GoSS in expanding primary
  education, primary health and water sanitation
  services to communities recovering from conflict
• Purpose to expand coverage and usage of these
  services in Southern Sudan.
