Project Semaphore

• Introduced in December 2004 in

• Pre-screening (20million) passengers

• Successful testing of Govt and Carrier systems

• Registered Traveller Programme
• Currently deployed at 8 UK Airport Terminals
• 65,000 people enrolled by end March,
• 250,000 barrier crossings by end March
