4The Polvani bell was bought in a specialised
shop for church articles in Rome by Mrs Lia
Forti, Mr Polvani secretary. Mrs Forti was
responsible of the organizing secretariat of
first IRPA Congress in Rome in 1966.
At the end of the Congress, Mr Polvani, chairman
of the congress, presented the bell to IRPA Pro
Tempore President to be used at the opening and
closure sessions of the following IRPA Congresses.
