  faculty and administrators.
• LEVERAGE OPPORTUNITY!

Leverage and Opportunity

• Easy to acquire data about past start-up
  packages.
• Training sessions and one-on-one interventions
  for recruitment.
• Opportunity to meet candidates and work with
  committees early in the search process.
• Opportunity to work with new-hires on setting up
  budgets, accounts, etc.
• VERIFICATION make sure new-hires get what the
  departments and colleges said they would.

  coordinate dual career hires across units.

  failed, will search again.
