All the pupil details needed to run the
Scorer/Profiler and to produce reports are added
via this screen. If you enter a school name, this
will be included on all the reports. If the
data are already stored in an electronic format,
they can be imported.

All you need to do is enter the test date
(todays date is set as the default), and the
test form, change the class if necessary, and
then type in the ART subtest scores. Or you can
import them. The program will then calculate
the standardised score, percentile, reading age,
and plot a graph showing each pupils
performance, as shown on the next slide.

For each subtest, the bars on the graph show the
average range of scores, for boys and girls of
the same age. Scores within this range are
plotted in green, those above in blue and those
below in red.

Profile
You can view/print a Profile, giving a complete
summary of each pupils test results. First
highlight the pupil in the tree, select the
required test date and then click Print on the
toolbar. The Pupil Reports for a whole cohort
can be printed via the Manage Cohort button on
the toolbar.

Click on the Result List button on the toolbar to
access the List facility and options. You will
first see this form. If you already have a
cohort highlighted, its details will be in the
cohort box. To change this, simply select
another cohort from the drop-down list. Select
the test date(s) you want to be included and
choose how you want the data listed, then click
on View. An example is shown on the next slide.
