• The award may be presented posthumously for 3
  years.

Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award

• 50 years engaged in aviation maintenance.
• Minimum of 30 years as a certificated AMT or
  Repairman.
• Remaining 20 years as a mechanic in the military
  may be used.
