EMPLOYMENT
  • The Commission will exploit the full potential of
    the Europe 2020 Strategy and its Agenda for new
    skills and jobs by providing MS with analysis,
    political guidance, information exchange and
    other support. (National Reform Programs,)
  • It will also address the issue of self employment
    and quality jobs, including aspects such as
    working conditions and career advancement, with
    the involvement of the social partners.
  • The Commission will step up its support for
    voluntary initiatives that promote diversity
    management at the workplace, such as diversity
    charters signed by employers and a Social
    Business Initiative.
