    in 2009 and 2010
  • learner involvement guidance for post-16 learning
  • responsiveness included as a key theme in
    provider SARs

    provider led learner surveys

    guidance from 2009
  • closer alignment with DCELLS policy teams
  • benchmarking project to help providers use data
    to improve
