No Cell Phones or Electronic Devices

• Cell phones are to be turned off and put away
  during class
• If these items are used inappropriately, they
  will be confiscated.
• First offense, the student can pick up the item
  in the attendance office
• Subsequent offenses, a parent will need to pick
  up the item.

• The school grading scale will be used.

• 60 Tests
• Test retakes within four weeks of test date
• Retake test score may replace lower first score
• Before school, after school, or during iFlight
• Lowest Test Score will be dropped each quarter

• 6 to 10 assignments including
• Definitions of Science Words 10 to 30 words
• Handouts 3 to 4 handouts
• Chapter Review
• Concept Review
• Study Notes
• USE THEM TO PREPARE FOR THE TESTS

Late Work

• 30 deducted from the points you earned
• Example
• You did 100 of the work
• But you turned it in late
• The best score you can get for late work

Absent Policy

• YOU are responsible for getting the work YOU
  MISSED when you are absent.
• Find the work you missed in the Assignments
  Shelves at the front of the classroom
• You have 5 days to turn in an assignment you
  missed while absent for full credit.

Planner

• Copy the planner entry every day off of the board
• If you are absent, copy the planner entries for
  the days you where absent (then you will know
  what you missed.)
• Planner entries are available from classmates
• Also on the class website

Citizenship Grade

• These things will cause your Citizenship Grade to
  go down
