• UC as a whole has a shortfall of 450 million
• Expecting layoffs and programmatic cuts
• CA did not pass the propositions that would have
  lessened the budget shortfall by 5billion, as a
  result UC is expected to widen its shortfall
• Higher tuition rates will not off set the
  shortfall
• CalIT2 will also see program cuts, but which
  ones?
