• Two Chillers (425 tons/ea), Primary and Secondary
  CHW loops and Pumps? BTH,UH,EBD,FEE, NEH and FEH
• One Boiler (150 BHP/ea) Primary and Secondary HW
  loops and pumps
• DDC Temperature Control System to be connected to
  SLAC network via ALC Web Control
• Interface with EPICS (Technical systems)
• One Air Compressor (268 SCFM_at_150psi), Air Dryer
  and Receiver.
• Will provide service to BTH, UH, EBD, FEE,
  NEH,X-RAY, FEH
• Wet Sprinkler System-Ordinary Hazard Group 1
• One AHU for electrical room
• Mechanical rooms for NEH HVAC system (MAU) and
  AHUs

• CxA reports to CF LCLS and collaborate with TCCO,
  MEP subs, SLAC Facilities maintenance and
  operations staff
• Goal is to deliver a complete and functional
  project with all MEP systems fully operational,
  inspected, tested, checked, verified and
  documented!
