- I generally use stamps (going rate), although I
have used meter mail - The Return address I like to use is without a zip
code - US Citizens have Zip Codes

- Using 2 or 3 stamps is an option
- If you use a 2 or 3 stamp, sign your name
through it. - Using thumbprints is an option, not a necessity
