• Do I wish to settle the account and close the
  account upon sending the AFV?

• Use manila envelopes
• Or use 10 envelopes
• Or half size manila envelopes 9 X 6
• I generally use stamps (going rate), although I
  have used meter mail
• The Return address I like to use is without a zip
  code
• US Citizens have Zip Codes
• Americans Do not have Zip Codes
• Using 2 or 3 stamps is an option
• If you use a 2 or 3 stamp, sign your name
  through it.
• Using thumbprints is an option, not a necessity
