Office of Field Operations in the air, land and
sea passenger and cargo environments. Several
key national initiatives like the Container

Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), the National
Targeting Center and the development of the
Non-Intrusive Inspection Acquisition and

tools for the physical inspection of travelers
baggage and vehicles in order to prevent
terrorists and terrorist implements from entering
the US. - Intercept high-risk travelers while expediting
low-risk travelers. - Increase travelers awareness of CBP requirements
