  scientists have concluded that there is NO basis
  for the use of race as a biological difference
  between humans

• Average is 100
• Average difference between whites and blacks is
  15-20 points
• Measures how much you know

• How much you know depends on your ENVIRONMENT
• If control the environment IQ differences between
  the races decreases to 5 points
• Race is more psychological not biological
