  of one accord, of one mind.

• Phil 23-4 Let nothing be done through selfish
  ambition faction, strife or conceit a cry of
  incitement, but in lowliness of mind humility
  let each esteem others better than himself. 4 Let
  each of you look out take aim, regard not only
  for his own interests, but also for the interests
  of others.

Exhortation, comfort, fellowship, affection
mercy are an outgrowth of UNITY, UNITY
occurs when we submit to one another.
