CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS FUN
Craigs Coaching are running Holiday activities
over the festive period to keep children fit and
active and give parents a few extra hours to
prepare for the big day. Children will
participate in lots of fun sports including
Football, Kwik Cricket, Dodgeball and many more
fun games.

our childs participation in the Craigs Coaching
program and the information supplied on the
application form we agree to the following My
child is in good health and I consider them
capable of taking part in the Multisport
/Football programme. I have completed the
application form where I have listed any medical
conditions and details of any medication taken
whilst my child is on the Craigs Coaching
programme. In the event of illness or accident, I
consent to any 1st aid treatment necessary given
to my child whilst on the Craigs Coaching
programme. Photographs taken by Craigs Coaching
can be used for publicity purposes. Please note
that Craigs Coaching cannot be liable for any
personal loss or injury that any child sustains
whilst on the programme and it is
parents/guardians responsibility to inform
Craigs Coaching of any medical conditions that

Courses open to children aged 4-11 years old
and of any ability. Children will need a packed
lunch/plenty of drinks and suitable clothing and
footwear. Please note that all courses are
indoors so trainers are needed. 9.00-10.00AM
involves play equipment such as giant board
games, soft play and the new inflatable penalty
shootout. Please note that all venues have
suitable indoor facility in case of bad weather.
