  for the workers.
• Being a member of a Trade Union can prevent
  workers from being picked on by their employer.
• People may not want to go on strike
• Some workers may already have good wages and feel
  they dont need a union
• Unions can make sure workers get the rights they
  are entitled to such as rest breaks,
