Entity description
ENTITY NAME DESCRIPTION
EMPLOYEE A maintenance employee authorized to check out tools from the Equipment Depot.
BUILDING A GB Manufacturing plant or building to which EMPLOYEEs are assigned.
SKILL_CLASSIFICATION An occupational skill.
EQUIPMENT A product that is made available to authorized employees for check out through the Equipment Depot.
EQUIP_SKILL One of possibly several allowable SKILL_CLASSIFICATIONS that may check-out a piece of EQUIPMENT.
TRACKED_EQUIP A piece of EQUIPMENT that tends to be relatively expensive and has a distinct serial number.
UNTRACKED_EQUIP A piece of EQUIPMENT that tends to be relatively inexpensive and does not have a distinct serial number.
EQUIP_TYPE An EQUIPMENT classification.
CHECK_OUT_TRANSACTION A transaction that is conducted by authorized maintenance employees to either borrow EQUIPMENT from or return EQUIPMENT to the Equipment Depot.
PURCH_REQUEST A formal request from a supervisor or Equipment Depot staff to order new EQUIPMENT.
PURCHASE ORDER An order that is generated to obtain new EQUIPMENT.
EQUIP_REPAIR A record of repair performed on EQUIPMENT.

    Requests.
