  Madame Nancy Pelosi, the United States Treasury
  Department and I.R.S. have been instructed to
  refund 70 of the tax surplus to registered
  liberal taxpayers before before May 15, 2005.
• Average refund will be between 3000 to 6500 for
  married couples, and 1500 to 3250 for a single
  person provided the primary wage earner is a
  registered democrat. It is expected that a
  portion of the refund will be withheld as a
  campaign finance reform contribution.
