  • Eating is one the most important events in
    everyones life. We enjoy eating - its part of
    who we are and part of our culture in fact,
    eating is the hottest universal topic of all
    times. We depend on eating the foods we eat are
    the sole source of our energy and nutrition. We
    know so much about eating we are born with the
    desire to eat and grown up with rich traditions
    of eating. But we also know so little about
    eating - about how the foods we eat everyday
    affect our health.

  • A type of meal that is often pre-prepared and
    served quickly.

What are the disadvantages of fast food ?
  • Fast food are fast and you could get them easily
    by going to McDonald or the fast food
    restaurants, but they are unhealthy .
  • Fast food is very oily and the oil will cause you
    high blood cholesterol also it may also cause you
    high blood pressure in the future if you eat much
    of them. They will also cause you to have heart
    attack and stroke when you are older.
  • .Also there is chemical elements add to the
    burger and cheese so that you would like it a lot
    .They would let the chicken eat chemicals so that
    they grow faster and it will be ready in the
    hamburger. These chemicals are harmful

Fast Food Effects on Health
  • In todays age of convenience, fast food needs no
    introduction. Everyone from a 2-year-old toddler
    to a 60-year-old grandpa seems to be enjoying it
    every chance they get. And why not? Its
    delicious, its filling, is really affordable,
    and readily available just any time of the day,
    being only a drive through phone call away. What
    more can you ask for when you are living life in
    the fast lane?
  • Well, plenty fast food is all good tasting,
    except that it is not nutritionally balanced and,
    therefore, unhealthy in the long run if consumed
    on a regular basis.

    sugar and fats (especially, the artery-clogging
    saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are
    repeatedly reheated to high temperatures for
    frying purposes).

The dangers of fast food come in two types.

    fat and calorie content of fast foods. There are
    also some hidden dangers rarely considered.
