- All involved parties will be mailed a Notice of
Unemployment Compensation Telephone Hearing. The
Office of Appeals schedule hearings in the order
in which appeals are received. - When the unemployment rate is high, it may take a
few weeks for a telephone hearing to be
scheduled. - The agency tries very hard to resolve each case
within 45 days after the appeal is received.
