Habitat

• Triceratops lived in Wyoming, Montana,
  Saskatchewan, and Alberta. No one knows what its
  habitat looked like.

Diet

• A triceratops diet is plants and woody growth of
  trees.

Adaptations

• Some of the adaptations are its frill, horns,
  and living in very large herds.

What If?

• If triceratops didnt have its adaptations it
  probably wouldnt survive. Without horns,
  triceratops wouldnt have defense. Without its
  frill, triceratops wouldnt be able to defend
  its neck. If triceratops didnt live in herds,
  triceratops wouldnt be able to protect its
  young, equaling in extinction.

• Triceratops actually had two real horns, the horn
  on its nose is made of different material.
• Triceratops has mainly one predator,
  Tyrannosaurus Rex.
• The paleontologist who named triceratops thought
  it was an ancient type bison.
• Triceratops was one of the last dinosaurs
  standing.
• Triceratops is the second most popular dinosaur.
