TYPES OF MUSCLES

• Smooth muscles is found in the stomach,
  intestines and the walls of blood vessels. This
  type of muscle is involuntary because you cannot
  control these types of muscles.
• Cardiac Muscles is found in the heart. This is
  an involuntary type of muscle because you cannot
  control your heart muscle.
• Skeletal muscles are attached to bone, mostly in
  the legs, arms, abdomen, chest, and face. This is
  a voluntary type of muscle because you can
  control the skeletal muscles.
