    Group is a format we have facilitated since April
    2000, with groups meeting several times each
    month.

  • The big payoff for me was being challenged to
    find clarity and sharing that clarity with our
    team through a little diagram called The Circle
    of Life.   If I had to quantify the effect on
    our business it would be worth at least 100,000
    in additional sales over the past 3 years.  It
    changed my focus and allowed me to focus us
    internally.  This would not have happened if I
    had not been challenged at my T_at_W group and then
    the personal follow up.
