8Saint Martin, Frómista.
Its in Frómista, and it is de most important
Romanesque church of the province. Located on
ST.James way, it was built in the second half
of the eleventh century by order of Mrs. Mayor
of Castilla, as part of a monastery of San
MartÃn, now disappeared.

10Villalcázar de Sirgas church
Its a temple-fortress started building in the
late twelfth century, in the transition from
Romanesque to Gothic, and completed in the
fourteenth century. Milestone of the Way of St.
James, which has been one of their most important
religious centers, and linked to the Knights
Templar, is of great artistic interest, the most
prominent being the sculpture of the cover, proto
XIII century, the collection of polychrome tombs
inside, Gothic thirteenth and fourteenth
centuries, and the altarpiece, Gothic fifteenth
and sixteenth centuries.

column that mimics marble.
