Overview of HD3020 HRCS-WIS
R.K.B. high resolution machine vision streak
imaging technology provides very accurate,
reliable, high-speed, detection of any coating
streak or scratch as they occur during web
material coating process.  This technology can be
implemented as stand alone or integrated into any
existing web inspection technology for added
capabilities. Our streak imaging technology uses
specialized CCD streak sensors and proprietary
streak enhancement signal processing technologies
to achieve high resolution detection of coating
streaks and scratches.  Our innovative approach
provides detection capabilities that are
unachievable with phototransistor, laser, line
scanning or so called high speed video imaging.
Our streak detection technology will detect
coating streaks as small as 2 microns wide.  This
specialized technology will provide production
personnel accurate, reliable and consistent
streak detection, identification and location at
any known production speed, GUARANTEED!

  production.
